Sue’s Tech Kitchen launched its 2018 Nationwide Tour in New York City with a Vacation SpecTECHular that impressed and delighted visitors of all ages in a wintry wonderland full of scrumptious treats and exciting tech experiences, including a high-tech meals courtroom, a tech toy play zone and gift area, a vigorous STEM efficiency stage, and a chopping-edge VR-cade.
Its main purpose is to show “aware technology”- where college students discover ways to creatively and critically use technology to boost their studying on and past the campus. By combining educational content material mastery with creative drawback fixing, college students develop the instruments crucial for achievement in college and beyond. In this session, Burns, Tolbert, and Sharon Kennedy Vickers (Blacks in Tech and recently named the Metropolis’s Director of Data Technology) will share the Full Stack story, accomplishments to this point, questions that remain open, and invaluable classes for the remainder of Minnesota.
